I have a user that has issues with his clipboard. He operates fine for a
while after rebooting, but then after a random amount of time he finds he can
no longer copy and paste. I opened the clipboard and found that the
application was flashing every half-second or so. If I copy something while
watching the clipboard, I see it enter in, then immediately go away the next
time it flashes. The only thing I can figure is that the clipboard is
refreshing itself.
Has anyone seen this happen before?

Check of possible spyware. The problem you describe seems to "look
like" some type of logging infection.

It seems like that may have helped as it took about a week for him to develop
the problem again, but it has come back. I don't know if it matters, but the
clipbook service seems to turn off (unless it's not really related).
