CLIPART BUTTON DOES NOT WORK

Hi, does anyone else have a problem with the insert clipart dialog not
opening when wanting to insert clipart into your email message body? I have
been running Office XP & Office 2007 & haven't had this problem before. The
clipart button works fine with all other Office programs except Outlook.
