I need help trying to figure out how to designate a specific time for all the
clips after they have been added to the storyboard. I found out how to
designate clip duration but it only works for the clips that are being added.
And, I need it to apply to the ones already on the storyboard.

There isn't a way.... you need to manually adjust each after they are in the
project.
