My Windows movie maker works, fine except for the Clip option, I can not
cross-fade any of my pictures, and it totally does not have the option on
Clip. Why dosen't it? and how do i get it onto my computer. I have already
updated all windows from the itnternet. What can i do?

I'm not sure what you mean by this.
To cross fade two pictures you put them in the timeline and then grab the
second one - left click and hold - and drag it down the timeline and overlap
on the first.
You can't do it in storyboard view, change to timeline.

If this isn't what you're after, try to expalin in greater detail your
problem.

Your answer is right on What to do, but in my windows movie maker under the
clip otion, their should also be the option to even be able to cross fade. My
windows movie maker dosen't even give me the option to click on to cross fade
pictures, or make them fade in and out. I don't understand why it is like
this, i thought it was becasue of my Windows addition, but if it was that why
does movie maker even run at all.. I know this is confusing, but it will not
even allow me to see those options. I know they should be there because i
have seen them on a friends computer. under movie maker.. What should I do?

Monica,
Do you mean from the top row of options, if you click on clip you should
have the cross fade option from the drop down menu?

If so, I don't. I'm running V2.1 and V2.

What version do you have?
What version does your friend have?
