All my clips ( Cap001, Cap002, Cap003,....) is treated as a "clip collection"
when imported to Movie Maker wich means that I only can have one clip at a
time on the clipboard. Any suggestions how to get it right?

Could you please explain what you mean

Hi
Sorry for beeing unclear!
I want to see a thumbnail on the clipboard for every sceen
(Cap001,Cap002...). Now when I take one sceen from the clipcollection list
and add it to the clipboard it replaces the one that is already there so its
never more than one sceen at a time on the clipboard.

Sorry, but I just do not understand
what you are trying to do.

Maybe someone else can offer
some ideas.

Hi John.
Thank you for trying to help me. I have a picture which will explain my
problem. If I am dragging out one of the clips from the "clip collection
list" it replaces the one that is already on the clipboard (not the
storyboard) and I suppose that it should be possible to have more than one
clip on the clipboard.
Regards
Kjell

Yes, you should be able to add additional
clips to the Timeline. One clip should not
replace another...even if you add another
copy of the same exact clip.

What happens if you right click a clip and
choose...Add to Timeline?

What version of Movie Maker are you using?

Hi!
You realy have patiens with me. As you might understand it can be difficult
to explain what you mean when you are using a foreign language as I do. You
are starting to understand me but my problem is not adding clip o the
storyboard (timeline). My problem is to get all thumbnails visible on the
board where you keep them before you add them to the timeline/storyboard. If
you give me a mailadress I will send you a picture that shows what I meen.
Regards
Kjell

Okay...I think I get it now....

My experience has been that if I import
image files or sound files I can see
several thumbs in the Collection pane
(where it says: 'Drag a clip and drop it
on the timeline')

But if I import videos...each one is
individual and I have to select one in
the left pane to get it to show in the
right pane. One at a time.

And...if I select a folder on the left...and
import more image files or music files...
they will be in that folder with the single
video...but if I select the same folder and
import more videos...they will appear in
separate folders of their own.

If there is a way to show all video thumbs
in the right pane...I don't know how to do it.

Thank you John!
You have understood the problem correct.
I thought that I was doing something wrong but now I understand that the
problem is not depending on me. I can live with it and keep on doing my
homevideos. It seems to be a general problem for the Movie Maker. Once again
I`m realy greatfull for your help.
