Does anybody know why an xp client opening a terminal
session off of a Windows 200 terminal server cannot access
clip art in office? It gives the error "there is not
enough memory for this process" although there clearly
is. I know there is some type of hot fix but I cannot
find it.

According to Microsoft you have to contact them for the
fix. If you are using NetPassport you can e-mail them the
problem. I have been unable to do this because each time
I enter my product ID it tells me its invalid. There is
an answer but, only Microsoft knows at the moment. All I
know is that it is a security issue with SP4 and Office
XP. The knowledge database tells you this much..

So why don't you call them directly? Just ask for the
hotfix and they won't charge you a thing.

Just haven't had the chance to sit on the phone for a
hour before they pick. Apparently the fix is to install
the latest version of MDAC. The latest version is 2.8...
