Part way down this page MS spells out the usage of clip art. There is a
table that should answer most of your questions. In a nutshell, they say
they cannot grant a blanket permission to use their clip art because it may
be owned by a third party. My understanding is that if you choose, you may
use it for personal use but NOT for commercial usage. I wouldn't use it on
business cards - many people out there have no problem turning this kind of
violation into Microsoft.
Stay on the safe side - develop your own logo and purchase some
copyrght-free artwork.
