Could it be that you are having trouble finding clip art when you are not
connected to the Internet. When you choose Clip Art from the Insert >
Pictures menu, you'll notice that many of the pictures have a little globe
icon. I believe that those pictures are not stored locally on your computer
but are online. From the pull-down menu, you can choose to make them
available offline so they will be there the next time you are disconnected.
