Clip Art, strange question

I run a w2k server, terminal server environment. I have
a user on a XP machine who can no longer access her clip
art in a terminal session. It says she is out of memory.
I remember hearing that XP machines have some strange
security issue that effects getting clip art. I think
there is a fix out there but I can't remember where. Any
help???

What is the error she is encountering? Is the error on
her XP machine or does the error originate from inside the
terminal services session (from the Windows 2000 server)?

The error is "cannot open clip art, not enough memory".
But there is plenty of memory available. It is when she
is logged onto her XP machine and has a teminal session
open in which she is in Office. I heard of this problem
before but I can't remember the fix. Pus, all 2000
machines insode terminal sessions work with clip art fine.
