Which OS and SP are you running on the Terminal Server?
What kind of application is this?
Was the application installed while the Terminal Server was in
install mode?
Has there been a time when the application functioned normally? If
so, what was changed on the server immediately before this started
to happen?
Does this happen to all users? Also when you connect as
Administrator?
Can the user run the application without problems on the console of
the server?
What is the status of the connection in Terminal Server
Administration when this happens?
Can other users on the same server continue to work normally, or
does the whole server hang?
Do you see excessive CPU usage on the TS when this happens?
Is there anything in the EventLog on the server?
