synchronises and gets updated with the MS update server.
Looks like my cleints are not beign up dated, my IIS log
files are as below.

#Software: Microsoft Internet Information Services 5.0
#Version: 1.0
#Date: 2003-09-30 00:45:45
#Fields: date time c-ip cs-username s-ip s-port cs-method
cs-uri-stem cs-uri-query sc-status cs(User-Agent)
2003-09-30 00:45:45 172.27.112.61 - 172.29.146.125 80
OPTIONS / - 200 Microsoft-WebDAV-MiniRedir/5.1.2600
2003-09-30 00:45:45 172.27.112.61 - 172.29.146.125 80
PROPFIND /SysVol - 404 Microsoft-WebDAV-MiniRedir/5.1.2600

I would agree that it looks like your clients are not
contacting your SUS server if you haven't modified the
default logs for IIS and only have the entry below. Are
you managing the client workstation setting through group
policy? If you are, check to see if the DNS lookup is
working for your server from the client workstation. You
might also want to remove the "http:" in the server setup
options and just leave the name of the server. I can't
remember specifically but I had the same issue. Try the
server name. Hopefully this helps.
