I just setup a new 2000 server with Terminal Services for a client to use.
There are 3 remote users running XP Pro using TSC to access the server. Once
connected everything works great unless they leave the session idle for
several minutes (it seems like 10 or so). When they come back to use it the
TSC window just dings a few times and then says the session is disconnected.
I added the registry entry for the EnableKeepAlive and change the RDP Tcp
Session settings to Override user settings and set Never for all options.
None of it has worked. Is there any other place I need to check so that the
connection stays active permenantly?
