Client Table with Email? Click email address to send email?

good day all,

I have a client table that includes email and website address. Its it
possible to set up access so that when I click the email address, my default
email client (MS Outlook) opens.

Also, is it possible to do the same with a website address as well, to have
it open in your default browser?
