is there a way to re-install "client for ms networks" and "file & print
share.." components from "original media" "cd-rom" of the "xp-home". i am
not talking about well-known install/uninstall procedure using "network
conn.." area.

not very hopeful but asking just for case

Hi

If they are already installed you want be able to re-install them. You
would have to use Network Connections to re-install them.
