Client-side GPO Processing Completion

G'Day all,
I have a project that requires (through an API call, monitoring changes
in the registry, or any other method available) some sort of "signal" that
both computer and user processing of GPOs from a DC is complete. This would
enable our application to initiate action once this is complete.
Does anyone know of such a mechanism/flag/status change that could
accomplish this?

Thanks in advance,
Roy D. Roberts
