Once in a while, a user calls me up to complain that it's
very slow when he switch between apps.

I can remote control his session and see exactly what he
means : it feels as if the server's cpu was running at
100% even thought it is not at all busy. I looked at the
processes the session uses and nothing looked odd.

Only one user at a time is experiencing a slow down, every
body elses are working normaly.

Any one has a clue ?

Louis

How do you typically deal with this problem? Have you
tried updating their RDP client?

I don't usually deal with this problem. It just occurred
when I swicth the user to a new TS. I updated the client
over the weekend from the regular client software that
comes with the server to the new RDP client and I'll wait
for it to append again or not...

Thanks,
Louis
