client reply not viewable or hidden

Hello, for some reason when certian clients reply to my e-mails, their
responses are not viewable and are hidden.
After I send a reply, the outlook notates that I replied, but I can't see
the reply under the "sent items " tab as well.
Finally what happens when the client responds and/or I reply, the e-mail
arives to my outlook address as if I had sent it to myself showing the
original text of my message....yet it's from the client's e-mail to mine.
