A a client from other client with computer name in win server 2003

i am able to access any client with ip address but cant able to access
any client with their name. i am using won Xp as client With win
server 2003 .Please any body help me.

Hello (E-Mail Removed),

It sounds like an DNS problem, so please post an unedited ipconfig /all from
the 2003 amd the XP machine.
