What could be the reason for a terminal server NOT to show up in terminal
services manager from another machine in the same domain.
Access permissions are not the problem.
Should DCOM be enabled on the TS ?

I am newbie to TS troubleshooting. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Even if it doesn't show up, you can right click on "All Listed Servers" and
choose "Connect to computer". After you are connected, you can right click
on that machine and add it to your favorite servers, so you don't have to go
through this process again.

The KB article refers to xp and win 2003, but the server I had problems with
was a windows 2000 server.
However when i run the "Find all servers in the domain" the server does show
up.
Just wondering why it did'nt show up before and should DCOM be enabled on
the TS ?

Thanks for the response.
