With reference to the Client DNS program that I previously made available, a
problem has surfaced with the install routine.
The install program checks to see if <iphlpapi.dll> is installed on the target
computer and attempts to upgrade it on 9x/NT/2000 machines. The install program
used the XP version 5.1 of this helper file, which appears to be incompatible
with older systems using V 5.0. Since this file is already present on all XP
machines, I have recompiled the install program with the older version, and it
is available at the same location.
