Is there anyway to adjust the resolution for a clients
connection? We are running a program from the server that
best operates at High Color. When I log on as a user to
TS there are no options to adjust this. Any way to do
this or work around this?

How are you connecting to the Terminal Server? If you are
using the Microsoft RDP (you may need to download the
latest one) on a PC, ther is an option button that lets
you specify the resolution/colour depth.

A lot depends on the OS of the server, and what you're
using to connect to it.

The screen resolution is controlled by the client connection settings and
not changed within the session

What version of TS and what version of the RDP client?

The maximum color depth is determined by the version of Windows Server (NT4 TSE, 2000, or 2003), and whether or not you're using Citrix MetaFrame. The selection of color depth & resolution is determined by the client's Remote Desktop Settings

In Windows 2000 the maximum color depth available via RDP was 256 colors, 16 bit was only attainable by using the ICA Protocol with the addition of Citrix MetaFrame

With Windows Server 2003 w/ RDP Client 5.1+ you can get up to 24 bit color using RDP
