The problem that SP1 addresses could be caused by your ISP changing settings
or your email host running a firewall so SP1 is worth a shot I think.

Thanks for the reply, yes the ICS host is using PPPoE, I´m
not sure about having the SP1 installed, but it was
working fine until a couple of days ago, so I know it
should work. Is so frustrating.
