We are a wireless communication company and interested in Microsoft Windows 2000 network. We want to set up a basic network with a Windows 2000 DNS server, a RAS server and client. The connection between DNS and RAS server is through Ethernet cable. The connection between RAS and client is through RS232 with PPP protocol. Following Microsoft’s installation instruction, client can ping RAS(168.192.2.23) and RAS server can ping DNS, but Client can not ping DNS server(168.192.2.1) through RAS server. Need help to trouble-shoot this network

Thank you for your time

Best Regards
