ClickOnce Install - I am only gettting the appname.application xml

After I have published my application to my web site I run the install from
the publish.htm and all I get back is the appname.application (appname being
the name of my application) xml file in IE. Nothing installs. Is this a
problem with my hosting provider or am I missing something.
