In TaskBar properties (right-click start, properties), ensure 'keep the
taskbar on top of other windows' is checked

Wondering if this is a common XP bug or maybe I can correct it? It been
occuring for a few weeks now and I just never bothered to investigate it.
When I click a systray icon usually the one beside it pops up. Also my
Taskbar will not pop up unless I hit the Start key or unless I'm on my
Desktop. Any program "covers" it up. I wonder if these 2 things are
related? I usually have about 8 things running in the Systray.
