clicking on 'send update' for a calendar should prompt for a conf.

When clicking on the 'send update' button on microsoft calendar, a prompt
should be displaying warning the user that the event will be resent all
updates and in that prompt the user should be allowed to either continue with
the update, or cancel the action.

There should alson be a toggle switch in the options menu to enable/disable
this feature.
