clicking send in OWA puts the message in drafts...I have SBS2003SP1 that I'm
working on for a client that I need help on.

Everything works fine inside of the office system.

Outside of the office everyyting is fine in OWA excelpt when you click on
send the widnows reloads at the Exhange main page.

What do I need to do that will fix it.

Well, first thing I'd do is ask in microsoft.public.exchange.clients. OWA
is part of Exchange, not Outlook. microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs might
work too.
