I'm working on MS Word 2003. Is there a way when you click on the page in
the table of contents, it will go straight to that page? Example: Table of
contents shows

Heating System....................................Page 12

When they click on Heating System or page 12, it will take them straight to
page 12.

That's exactly what TOC does. hold Ctrl and click.

By default, TOC entries in Word 2000 and above are hyperlinked. Page numbers
are hyperlinked in all versions of Word. In Word 2002 and above, you must
(unless you change the setting in Tools | Options | Edit) press Ctrl+click
to follow the link (and you should, if you have ScreenTips enabled, see a
ScreenTip telling you that).
