I need to know how to convert a passage of text to

Randy,
You do this easily by using action settings and a duplicate slide with the
shape on that. Otherwise you have to use VBA code to unhide a shape
previously hidden.

If you have version 2002, use a trigger animation. If not, see Shyam's
reply.
