I'm using Outlook2003w/BCM....
If I click on a Business Contact, John Doe, and look under 'Business Contact
History', there are lots of emails and some phone calls...but all I see are
one-liner subjects
Is there a way to open up a WINDOW across the bottom 20% of monitor, so I
can just use arrow keys and scroll down thru the emails...in a way that
shows the body of the email in that bottom window...without having to
double-click each email to see what's in it?
A way to see this, just by scrolling down....
