Thanks, when you click submit on www.badgeralarms.co.uk/secure.htm i want
people to fill the form in and it email me the info. have installed server
extension and it worked for a short time now it doesnt

I don't see an error message or a page not found. I see the confirmation
page. Are the FrontPage Extensions set up to send email (you may need to
ask your web host)?
