Windows XP Home Edition
I click Start --- then All Programs.
I then find the All Programs display is white and showing no detail.
The display then freezes for about 45 seconds, does not react, and then
reverts back to normal. Remedy please

Install some tool like System Mechanic 6,check and clean your system and
registry and consider to buy more RAM.
I hope this will help.
