PLEASE HELP! Save my laptop from being hurled out of the window!

Whenever I click into my sent items everything disappears and a message says
the windows cannot display the folders, possible reasons being low disk space
or low memory.

I do not have a problem with either, and think I may have a bug. I have
downloaded my messages and contacts... can I just delete this whole thing and
start again??

Windows Mail is very difficult to delete and then reinstall without doing
the
same to the rest of Vista at the same time.

Such problems are often due to interference from antivirus programs. What
if any antivirus programs do you have, and have you ever had a Norton or
McAfee antivirus program on that computer?

What about the Google Toolbar program (not the same as web pages that
allow you to do Google searches)?
