I have the same issue: I read on one of the forums/KB article that it is
related to having Outlook 2003 and Internet Explorer 7 installed. It can be
duplicated consistantly when you are on a plain text or Rich text email and
the next on is a HTML email. As far as an error message, there is none
Outlook just shuts down and restarts. The one thing I have not done yet is to
check the event logs.
The system that I am having the issue with is:
XP Professional SP3
Office 2003 Patched to latest (SP4) I lost track with this one...
IE7
System is up to date with service packs, AV software and other security.
Any suggestions and/or ideas would be helpful.
