when i click "open site", i can't find my html files

i try to publish my web, so i click open web, and then i try to choose my
html files, but these doesn't appear in the folder, somebody can help with
this issue

Open the web first.

That is the web *folder* containing your frontpage web. Select the folder
press "Open" Then go File > Open Page
and open a page as you see fit, or File > Publish site and it will then go
to the remote/local list and you can connect to the server to publish the
page.
