The error message says exactly - This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator.

I know this is probably a minor setting but I have searched for a setting
but can't seem to find it to change. Hope someone can help

Did you try resetting your default Internet browser already?

I had the exact same problem & have been going nuts for days trying to fix it.
I did not want to mess around with my registry as some suggest throughout
various forums. So.....

I tried resetting IE settings, but that did not work.
Then i reinstalled Google toolbar (because resetting IE removed it), then
made sure to set Google to be my search provider (Bing.com was the search
provider i was using) ---- and now it is fixed!

Not sure if it was simply Bing.com that caused the problem or if it had
something to do with Google toolbar. I suspect it was Bing.com because, if i
recall correctly, this problem became noticeable around the time i decided to
give Bing.com a try.

Hope this helps!

Aloha!
