Ok So about 2 weeks ago I update using Auto Update. Downloaed all updates
for Windows and Media Content and IE. And all of a sudden after Computer
restart and my IE doesn't work anymore. and this problem starts to happen.

Open Browers and instead of loading the page it trys to download the .htm
file.

Now this is the odd part about it . I tried to do a few things with other
programs to check the DSL connection. and I hit the "Help" Hotkey and it
starts doing the same thing, asking if I want to save the file.

At this point in time I get an error message that says my Avtice desktop
can't run with these settings . and I start to lose everything . Now I use
Firefox aobut 99% of the time so I havne't been messing with it but I
still want to try and fix the problem.

Thank You
Jimmy
