is there any way to get rid of this yellow bar at the top of every outlook
2007 calendar, mailbox, contacts, etc.? Apart from installing windows search
3.0, that is. the bar bugs me. windows search slows my entire computer to a
crawl. obviously, the yellow bar is the lesser of two evils, but if there's
any way to make it disappear, i'd sure like to know!

Tools / Options / Other / Advanced Options / then uncheck the box that says
"prompt for instant search".
