when I click on an email, the window is small and I have to click.

I use Microsoft Outlook for my email. Recently and I don't know what
happened, when I click on an incoming email to read it, it appears as a small
window on the left of the screen. I have to click on maximize and I would
rather it opened right up like it did up until last week/ Please help!
