When I click on the "Contacts" button in the navagation pane, it does not
respond. It does not display the contacts in the main window. OS = XP Pro /
Office 2003, SP3.

One thing to try: Hi-light Contacts in Nav Pane--Rt Clk Contacts --
Properties--General tab should have Contacts in block--Outlook Address Book
tab--Name of Address Book block should read: Contacts--Line "Show this Folder
as an Email Address Book should be Checked - Hopefully it isn't and doing so
will fix your problem.

Help in top Toolbar has Detect and Repair which you might Google about as
I haven't used it. Hopefully someone will come along and offer better Help.
Good luck.
