click on TO:, how can I get them to load Last name first?

When I am sending a message and I click on TO:, I want them to load last name
first. l How can I do that?

You don't state your Outlook version. For OL 2002/2003, click Tools>E-mail
Accounts>View or change existing directories or address books>Next. Select
Outlook Address Book. Click Change. Set the sort order. OK out of the
dialogue, then stop and restart Outlook.
