Click and type enabled but not working in word 2003

's Computer Specifications

The option of click and type is enabled,. I have reinstalled word but it has
made no difference. Tabs do not work either.

Can anyone help

Click and Type doesn't work in Normal view. Switch to Print Layout or Web
Layout view and it should work.
