Cleartype Tuner - Want to Reset Cleartype and Remover Tuner

I recently played around with the ClearType Tuner Powertoy on my
system. I was curious to see what this powertoy could do, even though I
was happy with how enabling the standard ClearType in XP.

After playing around with it, I really came to the conclusion that I
was happier with how Cleartype (untuned) was originally on my system
without the powertoy and uninstalled the tuner.

However, the changes the program made stayed with my system even with
it uninstalled. So I re-installed and looked for a way or setting that
said "change back to default cleartype settings" but there wasn't any
way I could find to reset Cleartype itself back to default so the
changes I made stay with me no matter what I do.

Is there any way to undo the changes made to Cleartype from the tuner?

Thank you very much, Andrew. I didn't see a way to change back to the
default Cleartype settings in the powertoy and man was it bugging me
out.

Special note: using the tuner to increase the text's readability
(light/dark) will also affect 3D gaming brightness levels! Beware.
