ClearType Tuner

's Computer Specifications

When I try to use ClearType Tuner, it get's to the third screen and an error
message pops up. "Control_RunDll C :\WINDOWS\System32\cttune.cpl" Then it
prompts to send an error report. Any idea what's causing this? I wasn't
sure what group to ask in. Hope I'm in the right one. Thank you, in advance.
