Firefox...Where the hell is it? Anyone know?

Looked through all options and cant find it

Try going to Tools > Options > Privacy tab. From there you can clear private data, set your preferences using the Settings button. If you just need to clear private data you can also use Ctrl+Shift+Del.

DOH thanks Taffy found the Cache option. Must be blind

CCleaner does a good job if you want to clear multiple caches - I use that most of the time
