Clearing space on E: drive

I have reloaded my XP software but only show 377mb fo available space left on
E: Anybody tell me how I can reformat my hard drive so I can start from
scratch? and if this is the way to go?

What is the size of the E: Drive/Partition? Did you reinstall WinXP
