Can someone explain this to me in a more simple way?

click the "+" next next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER to expand (located in the left pane, second one down from "MY Computer
click the "+" next next to "Software" to expand (might need to use the scroll bar to locate
click the "+" next next to "Microsoft" to expand
click the "+" next next to "Windows" to expand
click the "+" next next to "CurrentVision" to expand
click the "+" next next to "Explorer" to expan
click on "TrayNotify"

right click on "IconStream" click delete
right click on "PastIconStream" click delete

close "Registry Editor
