Hello, I was just wondering whether there is any way to clear permanently the Address bar in IE6. Also, is there any way just to disable the Address bar from keeping a drop-down list of recently visited sites?

Go to IE-Tool-Internet Options-Content and click on the AutoComplete button.
Deselect the tick for Web addresses. If you want drop down info from forms
removed as well, the untick the forms box and click on the Clear Forms
button - and Passwords?

On the General tab, click on the Clear history button to wipe things out.
