OK. I just weakened and installed it.
While I think it is a waste of space and poorly documented, this is
how it seems to me to work.
First time in: installing ClearIECache.msi and jumping through the
hoops clears the cache.
Next time in: Removing it then reinstalling ClearIECache.msi and
jumping through the hoops clears the cache.
There is no other program as you know already by monitoring it.
Why you would run it more than once when it is to "clear these files
when a corrupt entry caused errors " is beyond me.
I guess it should be run when necessary and then removed.
Do you consistently have a corrupt entry causing errors?
