I have been looking at the new download from MS called ClearIECache.msi. Has
anyone used this? There is not really a lot of info on this particular
install. Will it work on SP2 or does it just work on XP SP1? I have triedit
and it does not seem to clear out my temporary internet files, even after a
reboot. Any info on this would be helpful. Perhaps I am just not using it
correctly. Does it run automatically when you exit IE or do you have to run
it manually (or incorporate in a script or batch file to run automatically?)
The MS download page is rather short and does not offer a lot of detail,
although the process itself seems pretty simple.
